Being healthy often comes down to making a string of small choices every day, even when your feeling stressed or demotivated.
Here are 5 ways to trigger your body to release endorphines(body's feel good hormones):
1. Think about someone you like, or do something you like.
2. Tske a nap/meditate/ or at least allow your body to relax for 4/5 minutes
3. Exercise for 20 minutes. Something you enjoy doing.
4. Walk in the woods or countryside, anywheres there is fresh air.
5.Give your body a break. Treat it as if you would a hurt animal or child. Think kind and loving thoughts about it always.
