Exploring hatha yoga in Winchester with Rachel Bean.

These classes are open to anyone (beginners to experienced) who has an interest in learning more about yoga asana (postures), yoga philosophy and how this can help us in today's busy world

B.K.S Iyengar says:

"Yoga is a light which, once lit, will never dim. The better your practise, the brighter the flame"

Its very true, do some practise at home and see for yourself. Just becasue there are no classes doesn't mean that you can't practise.

There will be no classes running in August but please see the timetable below for details of pregnanacy yoga, postnatal yoga and general hatha yoga classes starting in September.

NEW: Thursday morning community class open to everyone £5 per session. payable in 6 weekly sessions.
